Update

Implemented Viewport Pro subscription model

Moving forward, Viewport will be a freemium subscription model. Since we're dealing with a lot of files, storage can get quite expensive. The Pro membership will come with a lot of new features and access to early features as we build. You can also skip the waitlist by joining as an early supporter.

A new focus for the new year. Pivoting Viewport away from a new 'design community'

After our initial version 1 build last summer, we learned we really didn't want to build a new Dribbble or Behance. That was never the initial intention, but we got varying feedback that ended up pushing us to design and build more community features. At the end, we realized the product lacked focus.

So at the beginning of the new year, we began building our current version (V2) after realizing I had strayed from my initial concept of an app to help catalog and showcase your creative process. Round two, let's go!

There's many more updates not documented here. We've been building Viewport in some form or fashion for over three years, fully bootstrapped. We're still just getting started.
